YAKINIKU Yazan Beef @Shibuya My wife's acquaintance introduced me to this Shibuya beef. Pass through Mark City and turn left at the intersection on Dogenzaka. The first basement floor of a building on Wave Street is dotted with quiet, well-known restaurants. The restaurant is a relaxing space with only private and semi-private rooms. A relaxing atmosphere with cute lighting. The concept is to buy a whole A5 rank Japanese black beef. What's more, you can get all-you-can-drink for 2 hours for only ¥2000, so I was excited to the max. First, let's toast with the standard kimchi, assorted namul, and draft beer! The namul has an elegant seasoning, but the kimchi has a well-seasoned spiciness.The first dish was salty grilled yukhoe. The long strips of meat are neatly folded into each other, making it quite voluminous. The amazing freshness and rich flavor of the meat will blow you away from the first dish. Next came the famous super green onion tongue. On a plate that looks like a big crystal, there's also green onion mamire with a big tongue that looks like it's covered in snow. When you carefully grill it with green onions in between and stuff your mouth with it, the elegant crispy texture of the tongue, the sweetness of the green onion and salt, and the flavor of the meat combine to create a deliciousness that will leave you in agony. This is crazy. . . Is Wagyu beef skirt steak really skirt steak? The level of doubt. The fat is so smooth and soft that if you pick it up with chopsticks, the marbling will break. It might be the first time in my life that I've had skirt steak that melts in my mouth. The main meat was a variety of cuts of meat, and we ordered a little bit of today's recommended platter... Thank you very much for accommodating my selfish order. The platter of upper ribs includes chicken fillet, sea bream, and head ribs, all of which are unfamiliar parts. And the top loin platter is a 4-piece assortment of top loin, shinshin, top red meat, and turtle mushrooms. The head belly in particular seems to be a rare part, and the balance of lean meat and marbling is exquisite, making you want rice more than sake. My wife immediately ordered a small bowl of rice and rode on! Lol Finally, I had a blissful moment with sirloin Sukiyaki, like the kind you get at a high-end Sukiyaki restaurant, with a raw egg. . . As I was feeling exhausted from my belly, a cute female staff member asked if I could get some ice cream. With a single voice, the Wampaku couple revives and eats everything, including dessert. I was able to hear a maniacal story about the parts of the meat from the manager who served me that day, and I thoroughly enjoyed the Shibuya meat! Thank you for the meal! ! !
