渋谷道玄坂、少し裏手にある韓国料理店で、とても綺麗でスタイリッシュ。
日本では出す店がまだ少ないカンジャンセウ(えびの醤油漬け)を食べらるのは韓国好きとしては嬉しい。
海鮮チヂミなど、単品メニューも充実しているが、メインは肉。
サムギョプサルは定番だが、モクサルも食することができる。
個人的に、ギョプよりモクサルの方が好きで、あっさりとしているが、肉の食感と旨味が良い。
肉とともに、コンナムル、キムチ、マヌルなども一緒に焼いていただけるのが、本場韓国風。
少し違うのは肉に柚子胡椒をつけて食べられることだが、これは初めてだが、非常においしいし、肉の味が引き立つ。
韓国風に、サンチュ、エゴマと一緒に巻いて肉をいただくのも良い。
タッハンマリがいただけるのも、なかなか高ポイントだ。
スープが美味しくて、もちろん鶏肉も柔らかくておいしいが、鶏肉の後にとくじゃがいもなど、そして締めにグクスを入れると最高だ。
グクス自体もコシがあり美味。
ドリンクでオススメなのは、やはりマッコリだが、若干値段が高めなのだが、ポクスントガ。
炭酸が少し強めだが、非常に濃厚で、乳酸菌の味がダイレクトに感じることができる。
これは本場韓国の専門店で作ったものを、その場でいただいたことがあるが、まさにその味と同じ。
昔ながらの伝統製法で作られた本物のマッコリ。
これを出せるのは素晴らしい。
本物の韓国料理の味を求めている人なら、こちらに行くのがオススメ。
