餃子をいろいろなスタイルで楽しめるお店だぞ。
定番の焼き餃子にチーズやねぎ塩たれなど味変して食べ比べるのもよいし、水餃子や揚げ餃子や鉄鍋餃子など全く違う感じの餃子を味わって食べ比べるのも面白い。この日はとても寒かったのでジワり辛みが後から追ってくる坦々スープ餃子がヒットだった。
生ビールで乾杯しまずは、定番の特製焼き餃子。小ぶりでパクパク食べれちゃう。ジューシーで癖なく食べやすい。いろいろ餃子があって迷うけどまずはこれを頼めば間違いない。
水餃子は海老がごろっと入ったぷりぷり海老餃子。もちっとした皮から溢れてくる餡の中の海老のぷりっと感がいたまらない。
つまみに、手羽先とエビマヨを追加したぞ。餃子だけでなくお酒に合うメニューがたくさんあって嬉しい限り。エビマヨは小ぶりのエビをサクッと衣をつけて揚げていてたっぷりのマヨソースを絡めてパクリ。海老好きには嬉しい1品。
お酒がすすむメニューばかりなのでいつもよりハイペースでビールを飲み干し、そのあとはメガジョッキでハイボールを嗜んだ。
小籠包は熱々の肉汁が溢れてきた。提供時にレンゲを一緒にもらえたらよかったんだけど、そのまま食べたのでお皿にたくさん肉汁を逃してしまったのが残念。
デザート感覚に最後はさつま芋スティックを。蜂蜜ソースの甘味にハマって手が止まらなかった。しょっぱい濃い味のもの食べた後の甘いものが絶妙だったぞ。
餃子だけでなく、そのほかにもいろいろな点心や中華メニュー、定番のおつまみなとがリーズナブルに楽しめてとても良かった。
やはり、ビールと餃子の組み合わせは間違いない。
大衆的な雰囲気でなく明るくカジュアルで清潔感のあるお店なので若い女性にも支持されている様子。週中だったけど空席はほとんどなく大盛況だった。
