今日は、渋谷ストリームの2Fにある｢鶏料理 清水｣さんで、鶏料理を満喫てきました✨️
ストリームは渋谷駅地下直結なので立地も良く、今日は雨だったのに、濡れずにお店までたどり着けました✨️
落ち着いた明るい雰囲気の店内で、店員の方も気が利いて感じ良く、タイミングよくサービスが受けられました✨️
まずは、いつものごとくビールで乾杯♪(*^^)o∀*∀o(^^*)♪
《お通し》
・平川屋の濃いお豆腐
甘くて濃厚なお豆腐を、九州の甘い醤油で頂きます✨️
《新鮮な黄身醤油漬けの茶碗蒸し》
鶏のお出汁と青森県産まっからん卵の濃厚な卵黄を絡めて頂く、新感覚な茶碗蒸しでした♥️
《本日の一品》
・鶏胸肉の筋目の叩き
胡麻油 塩 ゆず クレソンでさっぱり頂きます✨️
しっとり柔らかな鶏むね肉でした♥️
《野菜》
・鶏節たっぷりコールスローサラダ
キャベツの千切りに、ささみやコーンが入り、サウザンドレッシング味のコールスローに、鶏節がたっぷりかかってます✋
《肉》
・骨付き鶏ジューシー揚げ
スパイシーな唐揚げで、そのまま食べても美味しいし、味変で柚子胡椒ソースを付けてもピリッと辛くて美味しかったです♥️
《鍋》
～赤鶏の骨付きもものぶつ切りと赤鶏種鶏のスライス、新鮮なレバーなどが楽しめる～
・熟選水炊き×熟選スープ炊き
赤鶏の色んな部位（砂肝、せせり、ハツ つくね）、つくねにはなんこつが入っていて、こりこり食感がアクセントに✨️
鶏肉は1度冷凍して、生ハムのスライサーで薄く切ってるそうです✨️
白濁した鶏スープを2回味わえ、1度目は最初の煮込まれた鶏のスープ、2回目は…鶏の部位やお野菜を煮込んだ後の、旨みが溶け込んだまろやかなスープ✨️
《選べる〆ご飯》
スープで炊いて作る究極の土鍋卵かけご飯orふわふわおじやの土鍋炊きから選べ、ふわふわおじやの土鍋炊きにしました✋
水炊きの残ったスープにごはんを入れて雑炊に^^*
上にはふわふわのメレンゲが乗っていて、卵黄を加えて混ぜて頂きます✨️
ふわふわなおじやで新感覚♥️
鶏の旨みたっぷりのおじや、実はこの時点でかなりお腹いっぱいだったけど、笑 見事完食しちゃいました
《本日のデザート》
・濃厚プリン
濃厚でなめらかなプリンの中には、柔らかいお餅が入っていて、きっとプリンだけでは濃厚過ぎて完食するのが難しいかもしれないけど、お餅で緩和されていい感じに完食しちゃいました♥️
素材の美味しさはもちろん、ボリュームも満点なコース内容で、かなりコスパの良いコースです✨️
デートや友人との会食、ちょっとしたおもてなしにも利用出来そうなお店です✨️
