[2 minutes from Shinsen Station] A shop specializing in spice-scented ``authentic Sri Lankan Cuisine'', wine, and tea. takeaway is also OK
[AYUR CEYLON Shibuya] is run by a Sri Lankan owner. We will deliver a variety of dishes that will please your body, incorporating Sri Lankan spices and herbs used in Ayurveda, which has a long history |
A shop specializing in 100% additive-free black tea from Sri Lanka has opened Restaurants in Okushinsen. ``AYUR CEYLON Shibuya'' is a shop serving creative spice dishes, tea, and wine based on Ayurveda, a traditional medicine with a long history. The store has a counter bar. Today, the owner-chef was not a Sri Lankan man, but a beautiful lady. While she explained in detail Sri Lankan Cuisine, which is still a minority in general, and the contents of the plate, I I guess I felt like I could understand a little bit, so I was able to hear a little more in-depth talk and also see Malay pickles in a jar. There are two types of lunch: a daily special and an Ayur plate. The difference is in the number of curries, and the latter comes with beet curry. As I don't like beets, I of course ordered it at Ali. ■Ayur plate 1,860 yen A colorful rice and curry that is typical of Sri Lanka, and everything is prepared early in the morning by the chef and his older sister. The generous amount of parip has just the right amount of saltiness and a hint of sweet coconut. The chicken is juicy with the tomato flavor and has a scent that stimulates your appetite, perhaps due to the effect of tuna paha. The gentle eggplant moju has a refreshing taste. The mitsuba samboru rice is gorgeous with yellow rice cooked with lampeh and ginger based on jasmine rice.It has a very gentle taste for a male Sri Lankan chef, but I still want it to be spicy in Sri Lanka. I asked my sister and she gave me chili paste. It seems like it's made for people like that. The fragrant chili is packed with umami, giving it a rich flavor. It's better to order this. Although they said it wasn't spicy, there was a green chili mixed in with the Malay pickles, making it spicy. It was tough because I ended up taking a whole bottle without realizing it. ■Spice milk tea 300 yen Since it's a tea shop, I couldn't resist ordering it, so today I brewed it with tea leaves from Ruhuna, one of Sri Lanka's seven major producing regions. Milk tea It has very strong tea leaves, but it has an elegant and relaxing aroma.I don't know much about black tea, but I guess it's good tea leaves. The slight sharpness of spices and the slight sweetness help it to be better than the regular tea. No, it's authentic black tea, which costs 700 yen individually, but for lunch, it costs 300 yen as a set.I highly recommend it.
