前回伺った際にオススメされた北海道産仔羊を再度食べたくて訪問
丁度、北海道フェアを店舗で開催していまして、今回はメニューから注文しました
じっくり焼かれているであろう仔羊はとてもキメが細かく繊細な味わいで、仔羊の出汁とそら豆、ペコリーノチーズで頂きました。ドライトマトもいいアクセントです！めちゃくちゃ美味しくてオススメです！
