渋谷ストリームの端にあるもんじゃ焼き屋「元祖海老出汁もんじゃのえびせん」を初訪問。
友人が常連らしく連れて行ってもらいました。
店内に足を踏み入れると、広々とした清潔感ある空間。
平日19時でしたが、予約していたのでOK。
19:30くらいには満席になっていたので予約したほうが無難です。
もんじゃの種類は王道から創作まで、驚くほど豊富。
私が選んだのは、まずは「元祖海老出汁もんじゃスペシャル」。
海老の出汁が効いたもんじゃは、ビジュアルも味わいも一級品でした。
続いては、面白そうな「博多とんこつラーメンもんじゃ」。
ラーメンともんじゃの融合は斬新で、紅生姜とメンマが効いた一品でした。創作メニューの楽しさを実感！
ドリンクはジャンボサイズがあり、お酒好きには嬉しいサービス。
ちなみに私が頼んだのは、プレミアムモルツの香るエールとジャンボハイボール。
食後のデザートには、「あんこ巻き」(490円)。
これがまた甘さ控えめで絶品。
鉄板で焼かれたあんこ巻きは、ふわふわで最高でした。
このお店の魅力は、何と言ってもその創作性と味の豊かさ。
店員さんがある程度作ってくれたり、親切に教えてくれるので、初心者でも安心して楽しめます。
渋谷で美味しいもんじゃを楽しみたいなら、この店は間違いなくおすすめ。
どのメニューもハズレなし、食べ応え十分。
次回はぜひ別の創作もんじゃに挑戦してみたいと思います。
