今日みたいに寒い日は身体あたたまりたいですよね。
しかも薬膳的な感じで、じんわりと身体の内側から…
そんな気分にピッタリなのが、今回行ってきた香港で人気だというマオツァイ専門店。
烏蝿館と書いてウインカンと読むのだそう。
四川あたりで生まれた麻辣湯のような火鍋のような、そんな存在。
公式サイトを見ると尖沙咀に本店があるようです。
漢字の名前すごいなと思ってたら、英語名もThe Fly Placeなんですね！
ランチに注文したのは、副菜６品のマオツァイ（1450円）。
オーダーシートに好きなスープ・麺・トッピングを記入するシステムで、トッピングの数で値段が変わるみたい。
結論からいうと、似たようなお店は他にもあるけど、ここは美味しい！
４種類のスープから選んだ「麻辣赤スープ 小辛」は、大陸っぽい薬膳な香りが豊かなもの。
小辛はたしかに辛いんだけど、単なる唐辛子とは違う深みある辛さ。
身体の内側から温まる、代謝が活性化されるような感覚。
寒い日でも、食べ終えて外に出てもポカポカでした。
スープに負けないトッピングを選んだこともあり、全体的にストロングな仕上がり。
大好きなキクラゲが肉厚で大ぶりなもの、豚肩ロースもボリュームしっかり。
このふたつは選び甲斐があります！
ニンニクの芽はエナジーチャージにもなりますよね。
デフォルトでパクチーが入っていることもあり、香りもしっかり。
それでも、麺をビーフンにしたから身体への負担感は少ないかも。
厚揚げを入れたからボリュームもあり、味ともに結構な満足度です！
清潔感のある店内は広く、ゆったりとしたレイアウトの客席。
オーダーシート方式だから、自分で冷ケースからバタバタ探さなくていいのも嬉しいポイント。
厨房で食材を管理しているから、どの素材も新鮮な状態でした♪
