１．訪店目的
・当日は渋谷エリアでのネタ拾いで、ランチのお店としての選店
２．お店の情報
・食べログのジャンル：四川料理、ラーメン、火鍋
・2024年1月21日にオープン
・中国で人気の「一人火鍋」の『冒菜（マオツァイ）』専門店
・『火鍋』と『冒菜』は使う具材はほぼ一緒ですが、
『火鍋』は自分でしゃぶしゃぶするのに対し『冒菜』はまず、
具材を火が通るまで大鍋で煮ると言う、作り方に違いあり！
・このお店で提供している商品は、麻辣湯のいとこ？火鍋もどき？
・お店の方に伺った処では、香港で3店舗を展開中で

・平日の11:20頃の訪店で、先客＆後客共に無し
・木の温もりが感じられる家具が並んだ、広々とした店内

■冒菜（マオツァイ）【副菜4品】 1,250円
注文票に、食材、麵又はご飯、スープを選択して記入しますが、
パクチー、ネギ、ニンニク、白ゴマは標準装備？ですので、
不要の場合はチェックすれば、注文は完了でありまする～♬
副菜は、揚げ麩、キクラゲ、水菜、エビ団子、
麵はビーフン、スープは麻辣赤スープ（大辛）を選択です。
待つ事8～9分で着丼ながら、麵リフトしても湯気無し状態 (-_-;)
大辛でお願いはしたものの、むせる事も無く完食させて頂きました。
お味自体は『火鍋』のアレですので、『火鍋』がお好きな方には
お勧めのお店でしょうね (⋈◍＞◡＜◍)。✧♡
