We are proud of our low-acid coffee roasted at 240 degrees with margarine and sugar, and our black tea made with 5 types of tea leaves. Both products are imported directly from Singapore, so you can experience the rich local flavor while in Japan. Our laksa was inherited from a Singaporean chef. The soup is a fusion of several types of spices, chili peppers, and coconut, and is irresistibly delicious. [SINKIES] is an arrangement of a traditional Singaporean coffee shop from the 1980s. Coffee shops called Kopitiam are an integral part of Singaporeans' daily lives. Incorporating these elements of Kopitiam, we were particular about the design of the store, including marble-topped tables, wooden chairs, and thick teacups with floral patterns.
