ここのビールがすき。
それは探せば出てくるバスペールエールなんですが、
マスターがこだわりをもってガス圧や温度調整を細かくしている
だから、ほかのバスペールエールとはぜんぜん違う。
むしろ、違う次元のビールへ。
ゆっくりながれる音楽、壁に飾られた女性的なポスター。
バックバーに綺麗に統一されているお酒の数々。
圧倒されながらも、マスターの柔らかい話し方（すこしおねぇ系に聞こえるｗｗ）
そして、空気の流れ方が、只者ではないと感じさせる。
恵比寿という時間がマッハのように流れる場所で、こんなに時が止まったように綺麗な時間が過ごせるところがあるとは。
なかなか恵比寿に邪魔することはないのですが、
いけるときには必ず行きたいバーです。
