恵比寿で飲みに行くと、結構やっちゃったなというくらいお金がかかる事もしばしばあるのですが、こちらのお店はもつ焼きというスタイルも相まって非常にリーズナブルに楽しめます
牛タンは、塩ダレが強くニンニクも多めです。もう少し味が弱い方が良いと思いますがお酒を薦めたいお店の意図は伝わってきます
ハラミは、可もなく不可もなく
チャンジャは味も良く、なにより盛りが素晴らしかったです。恐らく80gはつけてくれているイメージで、一般的に頼むチャンジャの1.6-2倍の量がありました
モツ煮は、一番残念。煮込みに失敗しているのか、煮込みではなく、味の薄い時雨煮みたいになっておりました。もしかすると、これがこのお店の定番の作り方で常連さんがついているのかもですが、自分の好みでは無かったです
ホルモンは、辛味もほどほど、下味もキッチリでまさしくホルモン焼きの真骨頂。味も良く、お酒も進んで、満足感もあり、安い。うーん、素晴らしいw
