買い物帰りに恵比寿駅チカのホルモン屋徳ちゃん。
20年前は夕方前から行列が出来て賑わっていたけど、ここ数年は随分落ち着いたように見えていた。
ホルモンへジャンク定食780円に、追加でドラゴン壺ハラミ1650円。
ホルモンへジャンクは味は美味しいけど、具のホルモンが少な過ぎ。新大久保とは比べ物にならず。
壺ハラミ、夜営業と同じ物だろうか?
それとも、コロナ禍の営業苦でクオリティを落としたか?
硬いし、全くタレに漬かっておらず、壺に入れる意味無し。
大きさも写真と違いすぎ。
ホールを一人で回していたおじさんの対応良し。
