カウンターとテーブルのバーのようですが、タルチョ（ネパールのお経の5色の旗）がたなびいていたりネパール感強めの雰囲気です。
小皿のカトリに分かれたタイプではなくカレーライスのように一皿に盛られ着膳。この盛りがそそります。
・ダル ニンニクが効いてライスが進む
・チキン 肉どっさり、辛さは控えめ
・トルカリ（煮物） 2種の豆とジャガイモ、ホクホク
・ライスモチモチ
・ゴルベラコアチャール（トマトソース） ピリッと辛さが効いて、チキンやトルカリと合わせると味変でキレが出ます。
○後半は色々組み合わせながら完食。食べやすい味付けで美味しかったです。
〆は熱々のチヤ（チャイ）
○濃厚なミルクと砂糖の甘さでホッとします。
美味しいダルバートと食後のチヤで満足なランチでした。
少人数で夜飲みも良さそうです。
