ネパールといえばのダルバートを注文。
ランチ時はこれ一択のようです。
スパイシーなチキンカレーに、添え付けの辛味を足して食べていきます。
チキンの肉の美味しさと適度な油分が合わさることで、辛さと心地よいまろやかさとが合わさります。
ダルバートなので漬物も添えられています。
これらもつまんで、酸味も軽く加えることにより、一層味に複雑さをもたらすことができ、楽しい美味しいです◎
豆のスープで軽くリセット、また食べ進めると次々と味の発見があるというのも、カレーの良いところのように思います。
私は基本、店主に陰で褒められたいので、
その日1番の食べ終わりの皿の綺麗さを見せつけ、
温かいチャイをちまちまと飲み干し退店。
店の雰囲気も相まって、軽い異国情緒を感じることができ、良いランチをきめこんだのでした。
