特選カルビは最強だった
今回は知り合いに誘われ恵比寿ガーデンプレイス38Fの叙々苑へ。
19時地下の駐車場に入れ38Fへ。
ガーデンプレイスは初めて訪れたが38階の夜景が最高に素晴らしい。（叙々苑は39Fにもあるらしい）
しかもこのフロアには叙々苑以外にも気になるお店が沢山…
平日夜だが席は殆ど埋まってる。
何より都心を眺望できる景色が本当に素晴らしい。
気持ちが上がったところでメニュー。
2人で上ネギタン塩焼、上ロース薄切焼、特選カルビ焼、キムチ、野菜スープ、冷麺、ライスをオーダー。
しばらくして続々と登場！
んんっ⁇特選カルビ焼は2人前オーダーしたはずなのにお皿には6切れ…という事は1人前あたり3切⁈
流石高級店！高すぎる！(◎_◎;)と思いきやオーダーは1人前で通っていたとの事…ほっとしました笑
焼く前にはスタッフが牛脂で網を慣らしてくれます。
特選カルビを炙って（私はしっかり焼く派）数あるタレの中から（4種）スタンダードなモノでつけて食べると…
コレは非常に美味し！柔らかく、脂身が甘くジューシー。
脂身が好きな私にとっては最強でした。
スープも美味く具の素材も良き、キムチも辛すぎず程良い美味さでご飯が進んで行く。
車で来ている私は温かいお茶ですがコレがまた良き。
久しぶりに会う知り合いと会話も弾み最高の焼肉タイムとなりました。
