恵比寿西口そばにある信州戸隠そばのお店。数年前に会社の先輩から紹介され、便利さもあって良く利用します。
お店の雰囲気も古民家風で（実際も古そうですが(^^;;）都会を感じさせません。
今回は会社の同僚と一緒に夜に伺いましたが、焼きナスなど酒の肴の一品もなかなかでした。
肝心要のお蕎麦は信州戸隠ならではの（？）、太くて蕎麦の薫りが強いソバ。これぞまさしく、“田舎そば”という感じです。
最初に伺った数年前よりも若干、蕎麦の香りが弱くなった気がするのと、水切りが弱く（戸隠そばの特徴らしいです）水っぽいものが出て来るのは玉に瑕ですが、いつもと違う雰囲気のソバを食べたくなった時に、気軽に入れるお店としては良い選択だと思います。
