【全体】
・恵比寿駅近くの鶏焼きと戸隠そばが名物のお店
・平日の夜19時くらいにはほぼ満席
【料理】
・地鶏盛り食べ比べ3種盛り3貫 1350円
名古屋コーチン、阿波尾鶏、京紅地鶏の３種。席にあるコンロで焼いて食べる。弾力があってどれも美味しかった。
・TORIYAKI盛り合わせ5種 980円
ソリレス、ふりそで、白レバー、こころ、砂ずりなど5種の盛り合わせ。味付けされていてそのまま食べる。部位ごとの食感や味の違いを楽しめる。
・水タコのポン酢掛け 580円
水タコを紅葉おろしとポン酢で食べる。つるっとした水タコの食感も良くお酒のおつまみに良かった
・吉川なすと豆腐の揚げ出し 850円
なすやさついまもの天ぷらと揚げ出し豆腐が入っていて、これだけでもおいしかったが、おそばと一緒に食べるとよりいっそう楽しめそうに感じた。写真は半分に分けてくれたもの。
・エイヒレ 580円
普通のエイヒレだが、コンロがあるので炙って食べられるので、よりおいしく食べることができた。
・ざるそば 750円
戸隠そば。写真は半分ずつに分けてもらったもの。半分だと2〜３口くらいで食べ終わる。そばはコシがあっておいしかった。
