1973年に恵比寿の地で創業した「チャモロ」。
『牛タンオムライス』をはじめその味を求めて連日行列ができるほどの人気ぶり、2020年・22年には食べログ百名店を受賞している。
2023年に50周年を迎えたこちらのお店だが、ご主人の足が悪くなってしまい閉店の危機に。
そんなピンチの時に１階のチュラルワインビストロ「Flamingo」がこの味を失くしたくないとクラウドファンディングなどで資金調達しリニューアルオープンした。
今回頂いたのは当店看板メニューの『牛タンオムライス』。
秘伝のレシピで炊き上げたペッパーバターライス、奥久慈の大自然で育ったコク深い奥久慈卵、そして頂点に乗るのは8時間かけてじっくり炊きあげられたトロトロの牛タン、そして50年支え続けたデミグラスソースが掛けられている。老若男女問わず楽しめる、食材たちが四位一体となって口の中で奏でるハーモニーはまさに至福。
100年愛され続けられる味を目指してこれからも頑張っていただきたいです。
