ディナーを頂きに行きました。
入り口で綺麗なお花のお出迎え
ここの土地は元々は政治家さんのご自宅で、その後大使館になり、QEDが出来たそうです。
ウェイティングスペースには千住さんの絵がありました。
この日は下のフロアが貸切になっていたので、こちらで頂きます。
店内はこんな感じ。
広いお庭が見下ろせます。
・アヴァン アミューズ
クロワッサンの中にドライトマトが。
・アミューズ・ブーシュ
コンソメスープに人参のムース、生ウニ。
生ウニ・人参の甘みに、塩気のあるコンソメスープを一緒に食べると、とても美味しかったです
・オードブル
縞鯵のタルタル ガスパチョソース
縞鯵のタルタルの上にはペースト上のアボカド。
白いのは生姜のソース。あまり生姜感は無かったのですが、とても美味しかったです
ガスパチョとの相性もバッチリ
・オードブル2
アスパラガス、帆立貝のポワレと。
帆立貝の上にはキャビア。オレンジのソースはパプリカ。
クリーム色のソースは何だったかな〜？？？でもパプリカのソースよりこっちの方が私好みでした。
・スープ
キャベツで魚介のムースと伊勢海老のポワレを包んだもの。
ムースがポワポワで好きな食感
スープはお野菜たくさん。チロっと入ったサラミがナイスアクセント。
・アントレ
牛タンの煮込み。
思ったより食べやすい牛タンでした
カボチャのソース、甘くて美味しい
・デセール
レモンのヴァシュラン オリーブオイルのアイスクリームを添えて。
サッパリで美味しい
・プティフール
どれも美味しい〜。
小さなカヌレがとても好みだったので、持ち帰りがあるか聞いたら無かったー
また来ねば…
食後に蛍を見に御庭へ。
久しぶりに源氏蛍見れました
ゆとりある空間で最初から最後まで美味しく頂けました。
当初はランチの予定でしたが、急遽ディナーに変更…して良かった
次もディナーに行きたいな

今回は離れの鉄板焼きを頂きました。
以前この場所は和食でしたが、今は鉄板焼き。
鉄板焼きのお部屋は２つあますが、伺った時ランチは1組のみにしていました。
お部屋は畳の掘り炬燵のお席なので、足元もリラックス。
通常、6,7人は座れる所を広々と貸し切れて最高に贅沢な時間を過ごせました。
お料理はとても美味しく、シェフとの会話も楽しく、次回も鉄板焼きにしようかと話す程でした。
