トラジさん、いつもとても気持ち良い。
何よりおいしい。
恵比寿焼き肉は、トラジ本店さんときめているよ。
トラジ本店さんに伺うと座席はいつもきまって、カウンター奥。
ここが定位置で、ここにしか座したことがない。
いつも気分よく、いい印象しかないので、ここに座るだけでほっとする。
先日伺ったら、風景（失礼）が変わっていた！
店長の金本さんがいない！
伺ったら移動だそうな。
少し不安を感じたが、食事が始まったら見事に打ち砕いてくれました。
相変わらずおいしい。笑顔がこぼれる。
ユッケ。林檎の千切りがなくて許せるのは、ここだけ。おいしいよ、うなってしまう。
葱タン塩、上ハラミ、ホルモン。
そしてまたホルモン。
ここのホルモンは、すごいんだ。脂のあつみが違う。香りもいい。
トラジ本店さんにはまったのは、このカウンター。
店長とお話ししながら、たとえば
ぼく 「ホルモン。最近はまってるんですよー。」
店長 「そうですかーーー。じゃーどこにもまけない脂ののったの、切っときますよー。」
ぼく 「えーー。いやいや比べたりとかそんなのないですから。」
店長 「今日はいいの入ったんですよ。でも、いいとこ、特別ですからね。」
という感じ。
まるでお鮨やさんのカウンターのような、特別なお店。
わがまま聞いてくれる、焼き肉屋さん。はまってしまいますよ。
いつも、自家製のヤンニンジャンもらいます。旨みがぐぐっとますんです。
これも、カウンターでのやりとりで教えてもらった裏メニュー。
うれしいうれしい。笑顔になるよ。
あ。
ガーリックライスの味が変わってしまったかなー。
頼んだものでこれだけ。味が足りなかった。
でもこれも十人十色。好みですから。
新店長さん「金本さんの後だから、気合いいれて頑張ります！」と。
金本さんはトラジの歴史みたいな方ですものね。
元気で気持ち良い給仕。何より、客との距離を縮めたいっ、という気持ちがぐぐっとつたわってきます！
また必ず伺います。ほんとに、おいしかったです。２回もうなっちゃったし。
笑顔いっぱいになりましたー。
