恵比寿駅西口から歩いて3分程度。
いつもお向かいの小肥羊に行くのですが、コロナの影響で休業中のため、こちらに来ました。
恵比寿に本店があるなんて知らなかった。
あのトラジの本店ということで、期待も膨らみます。
結果、わたしにはとても心地の良い空間でした。
トラジなので安いわけではありませんが、同価格の焼肉屋さんと比較して、一席ごとに空間がゆったりとしていて、落ち着きもあり、華やかさもあり、高級感があります。
今回通されたのはカウンター席でしたが、奥行きのあるテーブル席は木目もきれいで、広々としていました。
今回は一通りバランス良くオーダー。
味も、良くも悪くも「絶対にこれは食べるべき！」というものがあるわけではありませんが、全体的にどれもおいしい。ちゃんと価格相応の満足感があります。
今回頼んだのはこちら。
●牛タン塩
●上カルビ
●ハラミ
●ホルモン3種盛
●キムチ盛り合わせ
●ネギ
●石焼ビビンバ
●冷麺
個人的には、焼肉はお金を出せば相応のものが食べれる時思っているので、高いけれども、納得のおいしさでした。
コスパという意味でおすすめだったのは
「キムチ盛り合わせ」と「石焼ビビンバ」です。
（お店の方、ごめんなさい。でもどれも相対的においしかったので、お値段が安いサイドメニューに満足感がありました。）
7000円くらいかかるお店では、お肉には力を入れても、キムチは3種で味はそこそこだったり、ビビンバもそんなに満足感の得られる味ではなかったのですが、1000円程度のキムチ盛り合わせでも見た目・ボリューム・味全て満点でした◎
ビビンバもしっかり味付けされており、甘さと絡み、味付けの濃さもバランスが良かったです◎
本店だと何か違うかな、と期待と不安半々で向かいましたが、空間もよく、味も申し分ない。
満足感の得られるお食事になりました。
いざという時に安心しておすすめできるお店です。
