動画の内容、これはかなりスタンダードなコースで、ひとり19900円、税サービス込み、なので、2人で1ドリンク飲めばお会計は、45000円ぐらいになる。決して、お安くはない。鉄板焼きの場合は、料理人を独占、目の前での究極のオープンキッチン、調理前の食材の状態も完全にお客に見せるなどの要因があるので、どうしてもお会計は高くなりがちだ。したがって、鉄板焼きの、調理をする様子を見て、積極的に楽しむ部分に価値を見出すことが、ここでのお食事を満喫するポイントになると言えるだろう。この日のお肉は最終的にサイコロステーキになっているが、コストコで買ってくる冷凍のサイコロステーキ肉とは違って、鉄板焼きの調理のプロセスの中で、サイコロ状にカットされてこの形になる。そのプロセスを目で見て、音を聞いて、口に運ぶ、そこを楽しんで、お会計のもとを取りたいものだ。そんなふうに思ってしまう私はやはり正真正銘の庶民なのだと思うのだ。
