ウェスティンホテル東京の22階にあり、景色がとても綺麗なお店。天気が良いと富士山も見れるそう。
恵比寿駅からだと東口から恵比寿スカイウォークの歩く歩道を使えば雨に濡れずに行くことがでできる。
鉄板焼といえば、シェフが目の前で調理してくれ、調理工程が見れること。また、シェフとの会話が楽しめるのも嬉しいポイント。
お肉はここでしか食べられないブランド牛。赤身の質に特にこだわっており、出荷前に糖蜜を与えることで、普通のお肉よりも何倍もの旨味が感じられるそう。
