恵比寿駅西口からすぐの、えびす今井屋總本店に伺いました。比内地鶏を扱っているお店です。

どれもそつなく美味しいです。
・レバー
くさみはなく、おいしいと思えるレバーでした。
・ねぎま
こちらもおいしい。
・むねと皮の抱身
ややむね肉のパサパサ感が気になりました。
・てごねつくね
こちらは食感も味もよかったです。
・ささみ生ハム塩だれ和え
ねぎ、きゅうりと一緒に韓国のりで巻いて食べます。
おつまみに最適な一品でおいしかった。
・こだわり卵のだし巻き〜陶板銀餡仕立て〜
卵の火入れがやや強いのか、おだしは抜けてしまい、少しパサパサした印象です。

立地もいいですし、店員さんも親切で、普段使いの焼き鳥屋さんとしてとてもいいと思います。
