恵比寿駅東口からみずほ銀行方面へ歩いて5分くらいのところにあります。
真のナポリピッツァ協会認定の美味しいイタリアンがいただけるお店です。
店内は、落ち着いた老舗イタリアンの雰囲気です。
お客さんは、20-40代のデートやファミリーで来ている人が多いですね。
男女比は、半々くらいです。
土日祝日のランチメニューは、プリフィクススタイルで、前菜、ピザ・パスタ、ドリンクの中から1人1つずつ自分の好きなものを選べます。
ビールやワインなども頼めるのはすごく嬉しいですよね！
せっかくパルテノペに来たなら、1つはお店の名前が入ったパルテノペピザを頼むのがおすすめです。
ビールは、ちゃんと冷えたビールで提供されます。
泡もきめ細かくて拘りを感じますね。まずは、前菜が出てきます。
5品盛り合わせは、キッシュ、生ハムのムース、ズッキーニ、生ハム、なすのカポナータ、ニンジンのサラダですね。
前菜はどれも丁寧に作られていて、一つ一つがちゃんと美味しいです。
看板メニューのパルテノペは、水牛モッツァレラチーズのもっちり感と、チェリートマトの酸味、バジルの香りが絶妙にマッチしていて、すごく美味しいです。
さすがは、真のナポリピッツァ協会認定のお店だけあって、生地もモッチリとしていますね。
観ている今からでも食べたくなる絶品のピザです。
一方、こちらがポルチーニ茸のクリームソース和えです。
クリームのまろやかさに、ポルチーニ茸の芳醇な香りがマッチして、こちらもめちゃくちゃ美味しいです。
普通のスパゲティではなく、パッケリを使っているので、ソースとパスタをより絡めて味わえますね。
ちなみに、パルテノペは、平日ランチだと1,000円代で楽しめて、休日よりもお得にいただけます。
