AFURI is all about "Yuzu Shio Ramen"
The soup, made slowly and carefully using carefully selected ingredients such as chicken, seafood, and kelp, has a beautiful golden color. It is truly an orthodox light and refreshing soup. The signat |
[AFURI's Yuzu Shio Ramen!] "AFURI Ebisu Branch" Ebisu, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo ♪ Kabugon's Gourmet Video https://youtube.com/shorts/_ccGrAr36IY?feature=share Recently, I've been going to Ebisu a lot for club activities. I think it's been three weeks in a row. Maybe that means that there are delicious restaurants open until late at night. This time, I went to "AFURI (Ebisu Branch)", a Ramen shop I've loved for a long time. Late-night weekend trip to find delicious food #69. It seems that one of the club members has never been there, so I wanted him to try some delicious salt Ramen! So I went with him. I was prepared for a certain amount of queuing, but luckily there was no line, and we were able to sit down immediately after buying a meal ticket. However, all the seats were taken. As expected of a popular restaurant. Ramen is quite expensive. If you add toppings, it becomes even more expensive, and we paid over 5,000 yen for two people (lol). Considering the location of Ebisu, the brand power, the taste, and everything else, I can understand the aggressive price setting. Even though it's so expensive, the fact that it's fully booked during the late night hours is proof that the price and value are in sync. It's been a while since I've had yuzu shio Ramen, and it really is a perfect Ramen. The soup felt a little more sour than I remembered, but if you order "marure" instead of "tanrei", you may not notice the sourness as much. I'll try that next time. The Koroshashu bowl is excellent, so be sure to try it as a set! About 50% of the customers in the restaurant are women. The light, clear soup is probably popular with women too. They're open until 5am, so I'll drop by whenever I feel like it! That was Gotchan! ●For Other gourmet videos, please enjoy the playlist below ♪ →https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLdYAATHAQfJWJOaTODMIBwBscHAbQhJgI
