恵比寿駅の東口から出てすぐのところにあるこちらのお店は2回くらい予約なしで行って断られてたお店です汗
今回はちゃんと予約したのでやっと行けました！予約は必須だと思います。
店内は落ち着いており、清潔感もあります。入り口はなぜか狭く作ってあるのですが、理由はあるのでしょうか？店員さんは皆んな親切でサービスも良いです！
料理については下記。
【ホルモンの刺身】
何種類かごちゃ混ぜになっているホルモンの刺身は、甘辛のタレに絡まっており、かなり美味しかったです。鮮度が良いだけでなく、下処理が良いのでしょう。臭みも全く無し。これだけを食べに再訪したいくらい個人的には好きな逸品。商品名はもしかしたら違うかもですが、ニュアンスはこんな感じの料理でした。
【チヂミ】
こちらのチヂミは他のチヂミと全然違い、分厚く、フカフカ、そしてすごいボリューム。何種類かある中、今回は挽肉と高菜が入ったものをチョイス。とにかく食べ応えが凄い。
【プルコギ】
野菜たっぷりで健康的です。お肉も生で食べれるくらいの物なので、ちょっと赤いくらいでエゴマの葉かサンチュに包んで食べます。セットでついてくるお口直しのマカロニは普通でしたが、流石お店のイチオシ。とても美味しくいただきました。そうそう、こちらは店員さんが焼いてくれるのも良かったです。
少し残念なことがあるとすればドリンクがやや割高かも。でも、店内の雰囲気やサービスもいいお店なので、全体的に満足です。またホルモンの刺身食べにいきますね^_^
