恵比寿駅より徒歩8分ほどの場所にある「ヴァカンツァ」。
リーズナブルな価格帯、アラカルトもハイレベル、そしてピザ百名店の常連なだけあり
休日は終日席が満席です。（予約をオススメします！）
短い時間でしたが、ピザ含め数品頼んで満喫しました。
鮮魚のカルパッチョ
程よく〆られた魚たちはねっとりとした食感と爽やかな魚の滋味を擁し舌で戯れる。
さっぱりしつつも魚の旨味がしっかり味わえる逸品。
ピッツァ "ヴァカンツァ"
フォアグラ、トレビス、バルサミコソース、モッツアレラの乗ったピッツァ。
まず特筆すべきは生地の風味の軽さ。小麦の香りが爽やかで、それでいて炭火の香ばしさもしっかりと感じられる逸品。そして具材たちの風味のコントラストも他では味わえない美味しさだった。
岩中豚のカツレツ
岩中豚の滋味が噛む程に口に溢れる。嚙み締めるほどに幸せな時間が過ぎる逸品だった。
火加減が絶妙。
