雨でテンションが上がらない時は辛いものを
辛いものといえば、山椒の刺激が強いHOIかと思い、ランチに伺いました。
そして、前は麻婆豆腐を食べてとても辛くて美味しかったので、今回は違う料理を、と思い、サンラータン麺を注文。
サンラータン麺と言えば基本的には酸っぱい印象ですがらここのサンラータン麺は、酸っぱ辛い！
山椒の香りと刺激がここでもきいてます。
麺に絡むトロトロのスープが美味しいです。
酸っぱいものや辛いものが好きなら、きっと好きになってくれるラーメンだと思います。
山椒の辛みが好きな人におすすめしたい！
ずっと気になっていた中華屋さんに入ってみました。
初めてだったので、メニューに悩みましたが、麻婆豆腐と坦々麺はか辛さを選べるということで、おそらくこの二つが人気商品だろうと思い、麻婆豆腐定食をオーダー。
周りの皆さんは、坦々麺を頼んでいる人が多かったので、きっと坦々麺も美味しいんだと思います。
さて、頼んだ麻婆豆腐ですが、真っ赤通り越して、ちょっと黒い！笑
四川風みたいな山椒の香りが漂ってきます。
お豆腐よりも麻婆のタレ？の方が多いかなという感じで、ご飯大盛り頼めば良かったかなぁと思いました（ランチは大盛り無料です）
味は、山椒の辛みが舌にピリピリくるような、私好みの麻婆豆腐でした！！
辛い！と思いましたが、これが普通の辛さなら、あと2段階上はどんな辛さなんだろうか…と挑戦してみたい気持ちになります。
いや〜美味しかった。山椒やらなんやらの味もそうですが、粗挽きの香辛料がガリガリとくる感じと、お豆腐の柔らかさと、お肉の感じが食感楽しめて良かったです。
最後の杏仁豆腐で口の中が中和されていく感じもすごく良かった。
次は坦々麺食べてみようと思いました！

今回は汁なし坦々麺セットをいただきました。
ルーローハンを食べてみたかったのです。
ルーローハンは甘めのタレが美味しかったです。ご飯がタレでひたひたになってたのもよかった。
さて、汁なし坦々麺は食べ方がありました。
まずは混ぜてそのまま、もし、からかったら卵を混ぜて食べてくださいとのこと。
さらに、卵スープにつけて食べると美味しいとのことで、全部やってみました。
途中から辛くなってきたので、卵とからめて食べたり、スープに混ぜたりといろいろやって食べきりました！
からさに身体中暑くなって汗もかき、お腹いっぱいです！
美味しかった！
最後にあまーい杏仁豆腐を食べたら、口の中もさっぱりして大満足で仕事に戻れるというものです。
