名店焼肉トラジは恵比寿に3店あるが、ランチをやってるのは園店だけ。
恵比寿東口、恵比寿通りを渡り、猿田彦の左の路地を上がり、右角に黒い建物。
自動ドアを開けるとすぐレジがあり、予約無しでひとりだと言うと少しお待ちくださいと丸椅子に座って待つ。
まもなく案内されいったん外に出て2階に上がる階段。
上でまた女性スタッフが待ちうけ、2階のドアを開け、廊下を進む。いずれも靴を脱いであがる部屋。
一番奥に通される。4人掘りごたつ部屋をひとりで使わせてもらう。
テーブルに呼び鈴はあるのだが、待たされるのを嫌い、布おしぼりを手渡されたタイミングで
プリフィックス御膳Aランチ（2,000円）をハラミ、ハーフ石焼ビビンパ、サラダ＆スープでお願いする。
プリフィックス御膳はAとBがあり、Aは肉が一人前食事がハーフサイズ、Bは肉がハーフで食事が一人前。
肉はカルビ・ハラミ・赤身・3種ミックスから、
食事は石焼ビビンパ、冷麺、炎のジャン麺、牛タンシチューから、
セットはライス＆スープ、ライス＆サラダ、サラダ＆スープから選択。
牛脂は避けたいのでハラミで、ご飯は食べたいが少な目ということで石焼ビビンパ、サラダ＆スープを頼んだ。
石焼ビビンパを充実させて腹一杯食いたい人はライス＆サラダを頼み、お膳が届いた瞬間にライス＆サラダをまとめて石焼に投入すればよい。
注文してから5,6分で届いた。
ガンガンに熱い石焼にサラダを放り込み野菜を追加、そしてスプーンで手早く混ぜ混ぜ混ぜ、器の壁に万遍なく押し付ける。
ハラミを網にのせる。
十分に熱くなっていて、あっという間に焼ける、返して裏側、そしてタレにつけていただく。あぁ柔らかくて甘くて美味い肉♪
石焼ビビンパは上品な味付け、コチュジャンをもう少し足してもよいが、卓上にはないのでそのままいただく。
ハーフサイズだけあって焼肉とあわせて腹一杯ということにはならないが、上質のお肉を十分楽しみながら腹八分目でという向きにはこのセットはお勧め。
肉少なめでごはんガッツリならBを頼めばいいが肉もごはんもというなら、Aの石焼ビビンパ+ライスがお勧めである。
2千円払ってご馳走様。
