いつだったかな。ちょっと覚えていないのだけど、引越先のお家を何軒か家族で見に行って、その帰りに立ち寄ったような気がします。恵比寿にある「焼肉トラジ恵比寿園店」。
【恵比寿園店】
恵比寿の通称タコ公園のすぐそばです。こんなこと言ったらアレですが、本当は何度か行ってなじみのある本店の方が良かったのですが、あいにく個室は18時からの予約のみ。こちらはもっと早く17時から個室に入れたのでこちらにしました。
なお、こちらのお店だけランチもやっているようです。恵比寿にある他の2店はやってないのにね。訪問して初めて知りました。
【乾杯】
この日は車じゃなかったので、泡で乾杯。
【キムチ】
5種盛り。トマトキムチが置いてあるお店は珍しい。そしてスタンダードな白菜キムチが美味しい。
【厚切りタン塩】
写真撮ってないですが、これに別添えでネギバカを注文。タン塩の絶品パートナー。トラジのオフィシャルページにはネギバカとタン塩の黄金比率は8：1って書いてありますが、個人的にはもう少しネギ多めでも佳きです。
【ダイヤモンドカット】
名物のダイヤモンドカット。これはカルビとハラミ。ハラミ美味い。
【サーロイン1枚握り】
たまこ（仮名）から好評な1枚握り。もう2貫追加しました（笑）
【ヒレ】
シルキーな赤身。やっぱワイみたいなおっさんは、もう赤身しか食べられないとですよ・・・。
【にんにくネギスープ】
これまたトラジ名物のニンニクネギスープ。濃厚なテールスープにたっぷりのニンニクとネギ。食べた翌日までちょっとくさい。けど、元気になる。BCAAの次くらいにオススメできる一品です。
【杏仁豆腐】
デザート。娘が食べ残したのをちょっといただきました。
個室が何室かあるので会食や子供が居る家族の食事にオススメ。うちのたまこ（仮名）はともかく、たまみ（仮名）は駆け出したりはしないけど、脱走することが度々。そんな時に個室はホントに助かります。食事に飽きたら遊ばせるか、迷惑にならない程度の音量でiPadでディズニームービー。これでたまみ（仮名）はイチコロですよ（笑）
味、接客ともにクオリティは担保されています。この安心感、大事。家族で食事する時は冒険はせず、安心感をモットーとしております。
