今日は予定が急遽空いたので１人飲み
会社のある銀座か、馴染みの恵比寿か、新規開拓か
でも悩んだ時は、だいたいここです
「たこえびす」
恵比寿の有名店
今日は運良く席に空きがあり、当日でも行けました
今日食べたのは
新メニューのもつ鍋
鉄板焼なのに鍋？
と思いつつ、SNSであがってくる画像に惹かれ注文
これが絶品
国産黒毛和牛のもつとのこと
もつは、コプチャンとシマチョウの2種類
基本は2人前からなのですが、状況次第で1人前からやってもらえるみたい
ただ、結局、2人前のもつを頂きました
ここのもつは、程よい脂身で、全く臭みがない
これはまだまだ食べれたな
でも久々に来たので、いつものイタギョーザ
これはどんなお酒にも合います
今日はこれでお腹いっぱいだけど、せっかくなのでオススメを書いときます
定番、たこ焼き
いくらでも食べれる、とんぺい焼き
ソースいろいろ、美豚ステーキ
ガッツリ行くときの、ハラミ
飲み物は
やはり地元、パーフェクトエビス
名物、タコサワー
もちろん、お好み焼きもねぎ焼きも美味しい
お好みもねき焼きも、過去、20年くらい都内でいろいろ食べてるけど、なんだかんだ一番美味しいな
あとは、店主の人柄
エンターテイナーです
マイナス要素は、もつ鍋なら日本酒、焼酎の品揃えがもっともっと欲しいな
ごちそうさまでした
また食べに行きます！！

今週は久々にランチ営業するとのことで気になっていたものの、平日は仕事関係で行けなかったけど、週末もやるとのSNS情報を見たので訪問
ランチはトンテキのみ
この美豚のトンテキが美味しいんです
脂身がさっぱりなのにジューシーかつ弾力がある食感
ベースで塩コショウが振ってあるので、そのままでも美味しい
さらにソースが4種類から選べる
和風、バター、サルサ、おこのみ
おすすめはサルサかおこのみかな
おこのみは、もちろんその名の通りお好み焼用のソース
厚めにカットした美豚にお好みソースが合う
今日は昼から呑みたかったのでビールに合わせましたが、ご飯にもめちゃくちゃ合う
会社の近くにあったらな
