【恵比寿ではしご酒 その2】
一軒目で、やきとりをいただき、お店を探してふらふらと散歩。次は、魚系のつまみを求めて、こちら『ジャックポット』さんへ訪問です。
店頭の看板には、『1杯目サービス！』の文字。これは見逃せません。
お店の店長は、とても元気の良い方。メニューについて、サービスについて、お店側の思いをわかりやすく解説してくれました。良いです。

・ジムビームメガハイボール 550円×４
・くらげの胡麻酢和え 400円
・牡蠣のアンチョビバター焼き 880円（2個）
・ペンネアラビアータ 780円
ジムビームハイボールで、あらためて乾杯です！
このサッパリ感、薬臭いと言う方も居ますが、良いですね♪
くらげの胡麻酢和えは、くらげを一ついただくと、厚みがありそして柔らかです。良い感じです。
味付けは、冷やし中華的で、少しラー油的辛さがある。とても自分の好みの味です。
牡蠣のアンチョビバター焼きは、一口でパクリです。バターの味わいとパン粉の香ばしさのある、焼き牡蠣。とても良いです。アンチョビは？、感じませんでした？
ペンネアラビアータは、ペンネの食感が最高です！茹でて、炒めて、出来上がりでアルデンテ。技術の高さを感じます。
味は、辛さはあまり無いのですが、トマトソースがとても濃厚であり酸味より、オリーブオイルの甘さを感じます！
