恵比寿ガーデンプレイスのウエスティンホテル最上階の大好きなバー☆
（株）シェリロゼ社長、人材教育家、マナー美人塾塾長の井垣利英です。
私の会社の近所にある、大好きな恵比寿ガーデンプレイス。そこにあるウエスティンホテルの最上階に、東京の夜景を一望できる＆落ち着ける、大人のバーがあります。
コ○ナで閉店している時もありましたが、ウエスティンホテル１階の改装に伴い、晴れて通常営業を再開していました♪ 経営者勉強会『盛和塾』の神戸の仲間と一緒に行ってきました。
このバーは、東京タワーはじめ、東京の夜景を見渡せるカウンター席があり、本格的なカクテルを楽しめます。
各地の色々なオシャレなバーに連れて行ってもらっていますが、私はこちらのバーが一番好きです。
今回も大好きなフローズンダイキリ、マンゴーのフローズンダイキリ、ジントニックを頂きました。良いお酒のカクテルと夜景の美しさに、大満足でした。
久しぶりにこちらのバーにこられて、コ○ナ前の楽しい時間がよみがえりました。ごちそうさまでした。
カクテルの味、景色、ムード☆全てが好きなバー☆
【再訪：2014年11月】
ここは、私が一番好きなホテルのバーなので、「どこのバーへ行く？」と聞かれたら、ここをリクエストしています。東京の夜景を一望でき、店内の雰囲気も落ち着いています。その日の客層によって、うるさい日もありますが…それは、どこのバーでも同じこと。
今回は、とても空いていて、貸し切りのような贅沢な時間でした。カクテルは、巨峰のフローズンダイキリを注文。食事をしてきたのに、サンドイッチやピザを食べてしまう。お料理も美味しいのです。
いつ行っても、やっぱり一番好きなバーだと再認識するお店です。ご馳走さまでした♪
【2013年10月】カクテルの味、景色、ムード☆
全てが好きなバー☆毎月開催している【テーブルマナー講座】が、お陰さまで人気で、募集とともにあっと言う間に定員に達しています。年内はすべて定員です。有り難うございます。
その【テーブルマナー講座】では、受講生の皆さんからプライベートに関する質問も多い。「デートの時のこと」「素敵なお店での立ち居振る舞い」「粋な注文の仕方」など多くの質問にお答えしています。今まで私が行った中で、「一番素敵なお店を紹介して欲しい」というリクエストも。
有り難いことに、素敵なバーにも、色々と連れて行って頂いています。そんな中で、私が好きなバーは、恵比寿のウエスティンホテルの最上階のバーです。何しろ、日本で一番好きな恵比寿という立地も、かなり落ち着きます。ここには、デートだけでなく、お取引先、経営者仲間など、色々な人と来ています。ホテルのバーの中で、訪問回数が一番多いお店です。ただし、一人でバーに行く勇気はありません…
夜景はもちろん、お昼に来ても、見晴らしが良くてそれだけで気持ちが良い。カクテルの味も、お酒の選び方が私好み♪ グラスへの盛り付け方も、センスが良いのです。
バーテンダーさんの配慮の仕方も、ウエイターさんの心遣いも、距離感がちょうど良くて、心地が良い。夜は時間を忘れて、夜景とお酒と会話を楽しめる、静かで落ち着いた大人のバーです☆

I am Toshihide Igaki, president of Chery Rose Co., Ltd., human resources educator, and principal of Manner Beauty School. I love Ebisu Garden Place so much that my office is a 3-minute walk away. This bar on the top floor of the Westin Hotel is my favorite among the bars. I've been coming here with many different people for a long time. My favorite shop was renovated and opened on December 4, 2023, so I went there three days after it opened. This time, I talked with the presidents of the company that has been creating our company's website and systems for many years. From the moment you enter, the excitement of entering another world increases. I like to sit at the counter, so I sat in the middle. The beauty of the night view and the adult atmosphere inside the store are so wonderful☆ In the center of the counter pillar, there is a wonderful crystal glass-like decoration that resembles smoke. In the photo, it looks like smoke is coming out of the cocktail. The bartenders and other staff are all young. I like daiquiris, so I ordered a frozen daiquiri and then a daiquiri. As expected, both were quite delicious♪ Moreover, the daiquiri glass had a delicate stem of about 5 mm and was very beautiful. I have never seen such delicate glasses at other bars. The presidents I went with ordered special cocktails that they had never heard of. Apparently some bartenders are too maniacal to make it. However, the taste came out exactly as he expected, and he was very satisfied. Although he is a young bartender, he has quite good taste. The Westin Hotel attracts many foreign tourists. On this day, there were several groups of Westerners, but the bartender spoke English. There was a hidden couple's seat by the window behind the counter. Box seats offer a panoramic view of the night view of the city, including Tokyo Tower. (Charge fee: 5,000 yen) The restaurant has been renovated and now has a nice and calm atmosphere. After all, I like this shop the most. I will visit again. Thank you for the meal.
