恵比寿にあるもつ鍋のお店。お店は2階建でテーブル席と横並びのカウンター席があります。

土鍋ご飯がなんか味ついてると思ったらついてなかった、、、
明太子の卵焼きも美味しい！

ここのもつ鍋は何味を食べても美味しいですが、
今回食べたポン酢も絶品でした。
もつ鍋自体にも味はついているのですが、それをさらにポン酢に付けていただきます。

土曜日の昼に行ったこともあり、お店は空いていて快適でした。もつ鍋の白と馬刺しを注文しました。
もつ鍋はニンニクが効いており、もうも最高に美味しかったです！馬刺しも新鮮で食べ応えがありました！
白のモツ鍋、もう何度も何度もリピートしている。最後に甘みが凝縮されたスープをご飯にかけておじやみたいに食べるのが好き。
何回行っても美味しい。ハナレより混んでる割に出てくるの早かったのでよかった。

スープはにんにくとか刻みが入ってて、トロトロ系でした。
もつも臭みなし。
店内は普通。
ちょっと古さが目立つ気もする。
もう幾度となく予約を試みましたが週末も関係なくいつも予約でいっぱいで諦めておりましたが、
今回は友人がだいぶ前から予約してくれたので訪問することが出来ました！
恵比寿駅より10分ほど、なかなか歩き...
ニンニク好きの僕には外せないお店です。ここのもつ鍋を食べれば、翌日に」ニンニク食べた？」と突っ込まれます。美味しいものを食べた代償ですね。
一品メニューが少ないのも逆に魅力、必ずもつ鍋へと導かれ...
