夏こそ熱々お鍋、夏バテ防止に最高ですね。
父のお誕生日で父母が今ハマっている「もつ鍋」を食べに～。
都内で美味しいもつ鍋と言えばと聞くと
名前があがるほど有名な
「博多もつ鍋蟻月」今は店舗も多くなっていますが
博多もつ鍋蟻月 恵比寿店へ。
平日は夕方～ですが
土日祝はお昼から通し営業というのもうれしい。
早めの夕食に。
入ってすぐはカウンター席。
そして奥には広々したテーブル席が
おしぼりやコースターにお箸の箸袋にも
お店のサインや蟻が描かれていてこだわりを感じます。
蟻発見（笑）
かりんは赤ワインを～。
そしてもつ鍋
初めてなので人気の
白のもつ鍋
もつはすでに食べれるまで火を通してくださって出してくださいます。
もつってどこまで煮ればいいかっていうのも難しいのでこれは安心
スープをいただくと
ほどよくにんにくが効いていて、白みそのコクと相まって美味しい。
かりんはもつ鍋は苦手なのですが
もつの臭み等はなくとても美味しかったです。
また別添えでにんにくもいただけて
にんにく好きな父母はさらにプラスして。
〆は白もつ鍋にオススメのちゃんぽんを。
スープと一緒に食べれる状態で提供。
火入れしていると煮詰まって濃くなってきてしまいますが
スープもたっぷり追加してくださって最後まで美味しくいただけました。
丁度空いている時間帯というのもあって
お店の方も親切でのんびり食事ができました。
父母は
コロナ禍というのもあって
色々なお店からお取り寄せしてお家で「もつ鍋」を食べているようですが
とても食べやすくスープの味付もよく
もつもプリっとしていて美味しかった～とのこと。
父がとても気に入ってくれたのでまた一緒にいきたいです。
