北のお散歩マンことリトルトゥースです。
コチラで3つのロブション制覇うれしいなぁ。時期的にクリスマスのコース、ベアリングは2種あるもグラスでいただくことにする。
キャビアと甲殻類のジュレ。カニの味が強くキャビアが霞む感じ。ロブションを象徴する見た目。
黒トリュフとホタテ貝のデュオ。大きなホタテ貝に数種類のソースを付け合わせる。
アマダイのナージュ仕立て。皮がパリパリにフライされて良いアクセント。オマールのクリームソースが美味しい。
メインは和牛ヒレ肉のソテー。三種のきのこのグラタンは少しクセがある。ヒレ肉の火入れは完璧。ただしソースが甘く好みが分かれる。
デザートはフロマージュブランのムースとりんごのコンポート、クリスマスらしくろうそくに見立てた飾り付けが楽しい。
参考までに男性は全員ジャケット着用はしていますが、タイドアップ以外でインナーニットの方もいて、デニムパンツの方もいました。
雰囲気や接客もややカジュアルな雰囲気。
宝石のようなガストロノミーのロブションを先に経験しているため物足りなく感じたが、こちらもロブションらしい完璧な見た目の料理を数々味わえます。
出来ればラトリエ→ラターブル→ガストロノミーの順番で訪問した方が素直に感動したかも。
