やっぱり若槻は美味しかった
数ヶ月ぶりの再訪だったが、思っていた以上に満足した。前回も美味しかったので近々再訪しようとは思っていたが、今回の方が満足度は高かった。
全てが丁度いい。一番での入店だったのでお店は静かだったし、今日は完全なプライベートということもあったが、居心地もとてもいい。
岩槻さんの丁寧な仕事で、季節を感じるそれぞれの料理を心から楽しんだ。
いろいろと寿司は食べ続けているが、このクオリティは見逃せない。

2-3年ぶりに若槻の鮨を食べに行った。やっぱり美味しかった。再び鮨屋探しを始めてまず気になっていたのは若槻でした。随分多くの鮨屋に行ってるがバランスのいい鮨屋は意外とない。美味しいなと思っていても、急にあれ？っと思うものが平気で出てきたりするお店が多い。また最近は常連と思われるお客と盛り上がった会話をずっとしている人、お客と一緒に飲みながら鮨を握る人もとても多い。ずっと違和感を感じていた。若槻にはお店に入ると凛とした雰囲気がある。若槻さんの人柄なのでしょう、真面目に真摯に鮨に向き合っていることがよくわかる。お客と無駄な会話はしない、まして客と一緒に飲みながら鮨を握ったりもしない。ひたむきに鮨を握っている。その鮨は最高に美味しい。長期的にこんなに高い安定感があるお店はなかなかないです。しばらくまた若槻に通うことにします。
