初訪問。恵比寿駅近くで気軽に焼肉を…ということで、地下鉄出口からすぐのこちらに決定！
20時過ぎの予約をして、カウンターに着席。
空腹で仕方なかったためキムチやサンチュ、タン、ホルモン系などを注文。
最初にタンが来た！
『こちらはお腹ペコペコ！早く焼きたい！』
写真にはないが、タンの厚さは薄くもなく厚くもない。個人的に薄めタンが好きだが味勝負！と、ほどほど焼いてレモンを搾り口に入れる。
『ん…？味薄い…。』
塩胡椒が効いておらず肉の味のみで、これではビールが進まないではないか꒰꒪д꒪|||
お酒も飲みたいので正直物足りない。いや、白米を頼んでも進まないと思う。
キムチは至って普通。
そしてホルモン。
脂があるのは部位的に仕方ないのだが、それでも脂が多い。コッテリ&白米が好きな人は好きかもしれない。可もなく不可もなくという感じ。
こうなったらタレ頼みだ！と思いつけてみたが、タレに深みがあまり感じられなく、何となくつけていただくというちょっと残念感…꒰๑•ૅૄ•๑꒱
こうなったらロースやハラミだ！と頼んだが、全体的にタレとあまりマッチせずサンチュで包んで食べた。お肉自体は悪いわけではないが、全体的にタレの重要性を感じた。
チャンピオンというネームバリューや立地などいいが、もう少し濃いめの味でもいいかも。
クレームではないが、食品提供のホールスタッフのネイルが長めで、それを器に入るように持っていたので衛生面として気になった꒰´•௰•`๑꒱
長かったら器に入らないよう持つとか、それが難しいなら短いネイルにしてほしい。
スタッフ同士は仲良さげで雰囲気は楽しいので、前述した点が気にならなければ仲間内でワイワイできて良いと思う。
色々挙げたがお腹も空いていたし完食！
