恵比寿でひとりごはん。予約したのは、「まごころ創作しげ田」です。
恵比寿駅西口から徒歩3分ほど、飲食店がいくつか入っているビルの9階にあるこちらのお店。カウンターとテーブル、そして個室合わせて34席ほどの店内。
この日はカウンターのはじっこに、ひとりで。
まずは、泡で乾杯です。
この日はおまかせコースをお願いしました。まずは、小鉢が2品。
イカに、パプリカと明太子、からすみを合わせた一品に芽キャベツのゴマ麩和え。
サラダは、旬のホタルイカと生ハムを合わせて。
このドレッシングも最高に美味しい！
こちらは、出汁巻きたまごにトリュフソースをかけた一品。
トリュフのいい香りがいっぱいに広がります。
お造りは、かんぱちに鮪、イカには雲丹を乗せて贅沢に。
日本酒が進んじゃいます。
海老にはキャビアと金箔。
そして、大将から砂肝のサービス。日本酒に合いますよ、と。
お魚料理は、まるでフレンチのような仕上がり。
お魚は金目鯛。
そして、アスパラにはマッシュルームチーズソースを。このソースもとっても美味しくて、お酒との相性も抜群。
海老しんじょうは、サクサクの食感。
ソースはバルサミコ。
海老しんじょうの概念を覆す、斬新な逸品です。
日本酒も進んじゃいます。
メインのお肉料理は、カタサンカクのグリル。
程よい火入れで、ジューシー。柔らかい。
最後にお待ちかねの土鍋ご飯。
この日の土鍋ごはんは、なんと、いくら！
ぷっちぷちのイクラがごはんの上にたっぷり。なんという贅沢なんでしょう…。
お味噌汁と一緒に、ぺろりと頂いちゃいました。
最後は抹茶のアイスとフルーツ。
普通の和食かと思いきや、想像を超える見た目や味、盛り付け。どれも美味しくて、大将の人柄もよく、大満足です。
