いつもザギンや日本橋で食事なので、ワンランク上の恵比寿ら辺でランチと思って行きました❗
コロナの影響で店内はがらがらでしたが、お弁当テイクアウトの注文が10件ぐらい入ってました❗
入店してカウンター席へ案内され、ランチの手鞠鮨コースを注文。割りと最近出来たみたいで、造りは綺麗でした
前菜に大根とホシカレイの煮付け
続いて生ハムサラダ、鯛で出汁をとったスープにだし巻き玉子、パパイヤの葉の天ぷらと合鴨スライス。
だし巻き玉子のスープは出汁が聞いてて素晴らしかったです
塩味が利いてるか利いてないかのギリギリ的な味わいが計算されてる感じでしたね✨パパイヤの葉の天ぷらは夏野菜的な味わいでマンゴーソースを付けると今度はデザート的な感覚になります
その後は、牛ロースのポン酢仕立て、手鞠寿司、デザートの抹茶プリンでした❗手鞠寿司は鯛、鱧、アオリイカ、マグロ、いくら⤴食感も良く美味しかったです
楽しい時間でした‼️何より従業員の方が二人ほど私と同じ地元出身だった事なんだか凄く嬉しくまた、行きたいって思ってしまいましたね☀️
量的にもちょうどよく、女性にもオススメします❗
