◎豆乳スープ
粗く濾された豆乳スープです。
優しい甘味のある豆乳スープにピンクペッパーが加わって
ピリリとした味わいがアクセントとなり癖になります。
ほうれん草、ピンクペッパーが豆乳の白色に生えて綺麗です！
◎お刺身、鰻、つみれ
お刺身甘ーい！！
鰻柔らかーい！！
白身魚のつみれには、周りにジャリジャリしたもの(名前出てこない)コーティングされていて食感が楽しかったです！
◎ヒレカツ
ヒレカツは、、レアなのに筋っぽさがなく
とても柔らかいです。カツには脂っぽさが全然ないので重くなくてカツのジューシーな脂を堪能できます。
◎卵
トリュフ卵が絶品でした。
濃厚〜〜〜な卵にトリュフを混ぜて食べると
トリュフの甘味が口いっぱいに広がって…
最後のTKGが美味しすぎておかわりしたくなりました。笑

店主さんやスタッフさんが皆さん優しい方で 幸せな気持ちになりました。また友達や彼氏と一緒に行きたいなー。
