When you're in trouble, you can rely on an executive who has worked his way up from the field. If you walk a little further from Ebisu Yokocho at the west exit of Ebisu Station, you will see a building that exudes a sophisticated atmosphere. I visited around 2 p.m., and there were about five groups inside the restaurant. I sat at the counter and ordered Chame Soondubu. You can choose the spiciness from 1 to 3. I don't have any resistance to super spicy food, but I wanted to eat it deliciously, so I ordered 1.5. As a result, it was a comfortable level of spiciness, so there seems to be no need to be too cautious. Soondubu has an orthodox taste, and the tofu is delicious.
