誕生日祝いにと同僚が連れて行ってくれました。
店名の通り、羊肉を専門に扱うお店です。
ジンギスカンで玉ねぎやもやしと一緒に専用の湾曲した鍋で羊肉を焼いていただきます。
ジンギスカンと言えば羊肉の臭みが気になることが多いのですが、こちらの羊肉は臭みが全くありません。
他店の場合は、臭みを誤魔化すためにタレで食べていた記憶がありますが、こちらのお肉は塩だけでも全然イケます。
後から出てきた骨付きラムチョップも、骨周りのお肉も柔らかく、食べ応えのある物でした。
人気が出るのもわかります。
また改めて訪れたいと思えるお偽でした。
