夜ごはん
■豚丼セット¥1,100（税込）
アトレ恵比寿6階のレストランフロアにある蕎麦店『花旬庵 恵比寿店（カシュンアン）』。
平日の19:00過ぎに訪問。待ちが4組ほど。記帳して、しばし店前の椅子で待つこと15分ほどで入店。
メニューが豊富で、セットものも充実。しかもだいたい¥1000前後で、テナントビル内のレストランなのに、比較的リーズナブル。
オーダーから4〜5分で到着。注文したのは、「豚丼セット」。クオリティとしては、立ち食いそば以上町蕎麦未満のような感じか。豚丼は、甘辛いタレがしっかりとごはんの底まで染み込んでいる。味濃いのは好きだが、さすがにしょっぱい笑。お肉に香ばしさはなく、出来合いのものだろう。そして、そばつゆもなんなら濃い。そばはむちむちとコシのある歯応えの細打ち。
全体的にしょっぱい味付けで勝負しているのだろう。個人的には嫌いじゃない笑。アトレ内のレストランで、この価格で食べられるのは全然アリ。
