恵比寿アメリカ橋の西詰、２階建ての２階部分、日中は陽が良く当たってピンク色の外壁がとても目立つ存在。 ランチピーク時は少し並びますが店内は広く長く待つ事はありません。 入口付近に５，６名分のウェイティングスペースがあり、そこからあふれる事はなさそうですがもしかしたら背後は急な階段ですので立ち止まる事ができずあきらめてしまう人がいるのかもしれません（笑。
明るく広いエスニック風の店内でローカルインディアという店名ですがカレー専門店です。入口に業務用小麦粉の大きな袋が積んであって自家製ナンへの期待が高まります。 多くの人が注文するカレーランチはサラダ、カレー、ナンかライス、飲物がついて１，０００円、コスパが高く客層の９０％を占める恵比寿のオフィスワーカーのリピートの要因となっているようです。サラダはほぼレタスのみ飾り気のないグリーンサラダですがこれで十分。ナンかライスを選べますがほとんどの人は評判のナンを頼むようです。焼き立てのナンは甘いバターの香り、尻尾がちょっとコゲっぽいけどそこがパリパリ美味しいです。特大サイズですがカレーをつけてパクパクやっていると丁度良い量ですね。ナンの大盛１００円というオプションを注文している細身の男性を見かけましたが巨大ナンを普通にペロリ、ナンのおかわり２００円なんてメニューもあります。カレーは日替わりカレーからの２択でいつもグリーン系とオレンジ系の２種が用意されているようです。カレーの辛さは１倍～３倍で選びますが私はいつも１０倍、それでも程よい辛さでホクホク感を楽しんでおります。飲物もコーヒー、ウーロン、オレンジなどありますがチャイがおすすめ、カレーあとのアイスチャイに少量のシロップをいれてクールダウン、いい感じです。所要時間も３０分以内とお昼休中に十分職場にもどれます。
他にブラウランチ１，０００円ターメリックライスにカレールーをかけたようなものですが、かなり量が多いですが、スプーンでバクバク食べられるので急いでいる人向け、たーりーランチ１３００は２種類のルーが楽しめ、タンドリーチキンもついておりますが時間のある人向け、ビールが飲みたくなっちゃますね。
