お店に入った瞬間の熱気とスパイシーな香りについ目がしぱしぱしてむせてしまう。
すごいとこきたな、というのが第一印象。

・汁なし火鍋(キノコ、牛肉、エビ、お豆腐)
・炒飯
火鍋は500円追加して1番上の超辛を選択。
きた瞬間の見た目がすごい。何種類もの唐辛子、むしろ唐辛子しか見えない。
食べ始めるとこれが辛くて美味しくて、食べ進めるごとに舌がひりつく。そしてそれを清めるハイボールの連鎖が止まらない。
唇がじんじんして、舌がぴりぴりする辛さだが、旨辛。辛いものたべたい！！と我慢してた心をこれ以上なく満たしてくれた。
よだれどりもピリ辛、炒飯はあまり辛くなかった。美味しかったが火鍋のインパクトで完全にかき消されてしまった。
鳥は次も頼むと思う。
レビューを見て不安だったことに対する備忘を2点。
①辛さについて
1番上の辛さは辛いものに自信がある人でないと1番上の辛さは楽しめないかも。
中本よく行くよーって人とか、火鍋食べる時追加で唐辛子入れてもらうとか、翌日お休みの方ならオススメできる。
②量について
3人で来訪したが、火鍋と、火鍋締めの麺かスープで割と満足だと思う。
席の食べ放題パクチーと唐辛子ピーナッツ、前菜2品くらいで火鍋を待つのがベストかと。
辛いゆえに水が進んだからか、割と満腹になるのは早かった。

訪問はもう10回目くらい？になる中村玄。
場所が分かりづらいので、自信を持って地図のビルの2階に進みましょう。なんかスナックとかあるんかな？って看板がありますがあってます。
普通の住宅のドア…？と思いますが、表札に「中村玄」と書いてあるので確認するとバッチリです。
カウンターとテーブル席があり、2名だと大体カウンターになります。
ほぼみんな汁なし火鍋(麻辣香鍋)を頼んでいます。
今回もいつも通り、麻辣香鍋に豆腐とキノコ、ラム肉を追加。
元々野菜類はセットでついてますが、肉魚類とお豆腐はないのでつけておくのをお勧めします！
辛さは1段階課金して上辛が多いです。
参考までに、1番上⑥の辛さは四川出身の友人も「これ辛いね！」と認定？したレベル。
中本のラーメンを食べれる人なら⑤の大辛、④上辛くらいが美味しく楽しめると思います。
インドカレー屋さんとかで1番上のからさを選べる人なら③辛か④上辛じゃないと物足りないかも。
初見の人で辛いものが好きな人は課金なしの③辛、ちょっと自信ない人は②中辛、市販のキムチくらいのからさが好きな人は①微辛、かなぁ…
