庶民的なブラウニーとは真逆の上品なブラウニーでした。
外側は僅かにカリッ、サクッ。中はしっとり、ずっしりのチョコレート。ブラウニーではなく、チョコレートを食べてる感じです！
ヴァローナのチョコレートを使用してるんでしたっけ？
自分で作る時は安いチョコを使うので(笑)
来年のバレンタインは奮発してヴァローナを使って頑張ってみようかな・・・
とにかく、
上品で、とても美味しいブラウニーでした(^O^) 濃い目のコーヒーに合います。
お店にも行ってみたくなりました。
