恵比寿の線路沿いをあがって、
ちょっと古めな？マンションのエレベーターに昇り、
お店のドアを空けるとそこには異世界が！
建物の雰囲気で一線を画し、
店内は薄暗くて、とても大人な雰囲気。
これを隠れ家っていうんですかね。
カウンターでは素敵なマダムが舌鼓をつち、
我々はテーブル席へ。
料理はコースをいただきました。
先付 蟹の握り うずらのポーチドエッグのせ
前菜 鱧の天ぷら
椀物 地蛤の寄せ
お造り お刺身3種
強肴 黒鮑
肉料理 神戸牛のたたき
食事前に 珍味三点盛り
食事 土鍋
甘味 4種類盛り合わせ
まさに創作料理という名のもと、
１つ１つの工夫があり、これとこれ合うの！？という料理もあり、
目も舌も楽しませていただきました。
